THE AFRICAN CANADIAN CHILDREN’S LITERARY FESTIVAL
We Only Can Be Ready For The Future If We Prepare Today

MISSION STATEMENT
The African Canadian Children’s Literary Festival (ACCLF) is a non profit organization that celebrates education and promotes African culture, awareness and identity through reading, writing, spoken word and storytelling.
This festival creates a nurturing environment where participants can explore African heritage, at the same time experience the reassurance of a caring community while they enjoy learning together.
The ACCLF establishes the importance and relevance of artistic literary expression by inspiring children, youth and their families to express themselves creatively while engaging them with stimulating cognitive activities that elevate their standards of learning.
The four L’s represent the festival’s core values of Literacy, Learning, Laughter and Love.
The primary objective of The African Canadian Children’s Literary Festival is to reconnect young people with their communities while building towards a unified goal that incorporates the four L’s.
